Daly Analytics was founded by Jasmine Daly in 2023 to bring over a decade of expertise in data science, analytics, and engineering to organizations ready to unlock their data's potential.
We have a deep passion for solving complex business challenges through data science. As a Queer, Black, and woman-owned consultancy, we take immense pride in advancing equity within the data science field. We're dedicated STEM mentors and advocates, particularly for individuals from underrepresented backgrounds, because we believe diverse perspectives strengthen both our community and the solutions we create.
We love to rise early and hang late to view the beautiful colors of a sunrise or sunset, so much so that Daly Analytics brand colors are inspired by this natural phenomena.

Jasmine Daly is the Principal Consultant & Founder of Daly Analytics, where she bridges the gap between complex data and practical solutions. With a background spanning startups to Fortune 500 companies, she has worked across industries including aerospace, medical devices, biotech, fintech, auto insurance, internet & edge cloud infrastructure, and WebRTC.
Jasmine holds a B.S.E. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Hartford, a Professional Certificate in Medical Product Development from UC Irvine Extension, and a Graduate Certificate in Analytics from DePaul University.
A Biomedical Engineer turned Data Scientist, Jasmine is passionate about sharing her knowledge through technical blogs and conference presentations. Her writing has been featured in Communicating with Data: The Art of Writing for Data Science, and she has co-authored research published in Connecticut Medicine, the Bioinformatics Journal, and The American Association for Cancer Research (abstracts available here).
She lives in Glastonbury, CT, with her wife, Jenna, their twin sons, and their senior dog, Fiona.

Jenna Daly leads Product & Operations at Daly Analytics, blending technical expertise with strategic vision. She has a unique ability to troubleshoot complex Shiny applications while keeping a keen focus on business ops and how Daly Analytics can deliver on its commitment to Data Product Thinking for Mission-Driven Analytics.
Jenna holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Hartford and an M.S. in Business Analytics from Quinnipiac University. Her career spans multiple industries—including aerospace, IT, data analytics, and pharma—where she has worked in engineering, product management, and developer roles.
She lives in Glastonbury, CT, with her wife, Jasmine, their twin sons, and their senior dog, Fiona.
